A question about ssbm - luigi move - Daan - 07-07-2005 Hello, I have a question about a move of luigi, if you press B and forward he does the weird fly thing in the air (sorry but this is how I describe it ), but sometimes if you do that move he goes very very fast. Now I was wondering is it luck that he goes that fast, or is there a special trick to do to make him fly so fast?
A question about ssbm - luigi move - Moonwraith - 07-07-2005 I believe there is a 12.5% (1/8) chance that the move (I think it's the Skull Bash?) will misfire and send him shooting across the screen. It does say that on one of the Luigi trophies you can get (possibly the one for beating All-Star mode with him, I'm not sure though). A question about ssbm - luigi move - Fabo Craven - 07-07-2005 i think there is some way to control it. i rmember doing the move 10 times and everytime it was the extra powered one. then i lost the timing so now i have to reasearch it again. A question about ssbm - luigi move - Daan - 08-07-2005 indeed, I had it 5 times in a row aswell A question about ssbm - luigi move - Blade ver2.0 - 08-07-2005 Maybe if you "smash" foreward (like a smash attack) You'll do the move. Other characters B foreward moves differ depending on how you tap the control stick. (I.E. Link's boomerang goes farther and can change direction, and Samus's Missile is more powerful but dosent home in on opponents.) Unfortunatley my copy of SSBM is still with my brother so I can't test this out for myself... could someone else try it? A question about ssbm - luigi move - Legato2471 - 08-07-2005 To control how far you fly will depend how long you hold B prior to releasing it and the analog stick *edit* ohhh fast, I thought you typed far... I think it's the same thing, or maybe if you hold the left analog stick again after releasing it? I'm not sure |
