You can't really hunt green boxes.... Just make sure you check all the grenn boxes that are dropped so you don't skip over any Scapedolls. Maybe FiY would be good though because you can get alot of items there, fast.

I find that I get loads of Scape Dolls from Normal Ruins runs, but there's no surefire way of hunting them.
