Shaving question >_> - A.S. - 16-07-2005 How come if you have soft hair on your face (facial hair area) and you shave it, and let it grow back, the hair becomes all rough and thick? because I am not satisfied that I have to shave all the time now because I don't have soft hairs now :( I don't want to have rough hairs till I am 21, now I do.. Shaving question >_> - Kisanzi - 16-07-2005 Well, there's nothing you can do now. Once your facial hair gets brittle and starts growing thicker there's no turning back. But it's not so bad, it shows maturity when you have a filthy looking 5 'o clock shadow every other day when you wake up. On second thought....that sucks for you if you're still fairly young, like around 16. It doesn't look good for a kid to get scruffy faced at a younger age. If you really don't like the hair you could always wax your face or just use that Nair stuff (Children, don't try any of the above suggestions at home unless under the supervision of a parent. In fact, no one should try what I just suggested...it was all in humor so please don't blame me for the consequence of your gulliblity) I guess you just gotta cope with it and move on. It's just another step to becoming a "man". Shaving question >_> - Legato2471 - 16-07-2005 haha, i go through that every day, but I shave once every 2 days or so. I'm just lazy and I don't mind the 5 o clock shadow look for a day, it doesn't look too bad, but letting it get too scruffy will suck. Shaving question >_> - Double Edge - 16-07-2005 Some girls like a scruffy look, in fact many do. And it's well-known to a lot of people that, if you shave an area of your face, especially often, it will almost always grow in faster and likely thicker. It's odd...but hey.....lol.
Shaving question >_> - Serpent7 - 16-07-2005 I was wondering that a while back. Not too bad for me, with blonde hair, but I know what you mean. Shaving question >_> - whiteninja - 16-07-2005 Well, I started shaving my legs about 7 months ago..... oh wait, you're talking about shaving your face.... (J/K about the leg thing, I swear) I'm kind of blonde/brown haired so it's not too much of a problem for me, but I've still had to shave my sideburns like 3 times, but it's not very often at all. Yet, shaving makes the hair start to grow faster, thicker, and rougher, which kind of defeats the purpose. ![]() Maybe though, if you get rough enough hairs, you can do that thing they do in cowboy movies where the guy lights a match on his cheek! Shaving question >_> - SoundMasterLuku - 16-07-2005 lol so intresting.....about the facial hair unles you find a particler woman you likes really hairy guys...then keep it at stubol or very light because if its thick most girls say its disgusting... and if u happen to be wondering I'v been shaving since I was 13 \/\/004...lol........I*m just a mutant freaK.....ask any of my friends..lol A.s arnt you 13...lol *DOES SUPER MUTANT FREAK DANCE* Shaving question >_> - Legato2471 - 16-07-2005 o.o I've been shaving since I was 13 lol Shaving question >_> - SoundMasterLuku - 16-07-2005 HURRAY *CONTINUES AWSOME DANCE* I dont kno around where I live its not to common for 13yr olds to shave but ohw well I guess I could be mistaken Shaving question >_> - Legato2471 - 16-07-2005 haha nothign to do with environment, just genes I guess =P |
