There is something you can download from PSO which is a rare Tails Chao for Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.
To do this, complete The Fake in Yellow, talk to Dr. Guls, then warp back down and talk to all of the Rappies, then stand for a while by the wall near the waterfall. A Chao will appear, and you can download Tiny Chao Garden with a free rare Tails Chao with 250 in all of its stats to start with.
