These are only found by Redria, can they be bought from the Armor shop with any ID, at certain levels?

1) they suck.
2) any ID can find them from boxes and monsters past Mine 2/Seaside.
3) You cannot buy anything past Guardian Armor, so Divinity, yes, Celestial, no.

Redria is the only ID with droprates on certain monsters to get those, but that doesn't mean their any good. That just means that ST wasted some Redria drops (along with the Recon).

lol, They arn't bad at low levels imo. You can get something much better, but that is if you find them! These are good alternatives for the time being unless you have others who can find other stuff.

Wrong, I just bought a Celestial Armor (collection) at the Armor shop at level 152. And Ultimate Frame>Guardian Armor, you can buy Ultimate Frame in the Armor shop.
