-More stamps on the envelope (no packages, just a paperweight envelope), the like.
-Getting it validated at the post office, this isn't my problem now, I just have to pay a few bucks.
-It's impossible without paying 10+ dollars.
Which one seems apt for sending mail from US to another country? how much would I have to pay?
