Purple Ring - Found by getting SSrank in either vhard or ultimate TTF.
White Ring - Found by by getting A rank in Labyrinth Trial

Blue Ring = offline Episode 2 challenge mode
Green Ring = offline Episode 2 challenge mode
Yellow Ring = online Episode 2 challenge mode
Black Ring = MA1v2 and MA2v2 subplot
Red Ring = unreleased

purple and green ring can be found (ver.2) in ultimate ruins, some ids -purple, some green.
also the red ring (ver.2) can be found on the ultimate dark falz (rare item) on a redria id (only redria can find one).

In Blue Burst Black Ring can be obtained in Towards the Future instead, I think by getting SS-rank at max kills. (in which case Purple would be min kills)
