I have created a philosophy.
I found that the special weapon u get depends on the weapon you use. Since there is no mechgun special weapon, it gives you the arm or whatever body part of the enemy.
I found this because when i obtained the MUSASHI i had used a brand+15 on the Hard dragon. When I got the 4 BLADE DANCES i had used a knife or a blade. My friend clains that he was using a glaive when he got 3 VARISTAS in the mines.

each enamy in each mode with each id has a set rare that it drops, the only difrence in wethr u get it or not is how lucky you are. ex: the only rare a hard booma will ever drop is boomas claw

Each enemy on any difficulty and episode will only ever drop a certain rare. The only exceptions are Photon Drop and Add Slot. These can drop anywhere. A Redria Ultimate Hildetorr, if it drops a rare, you can be 99.9% sure it's going to be a God/Battle (that's the one that's in my brain right now
). Now if your theory was on beat time..............

I never go by beat times i just hack and slash at whatever time until i get what i want!

That sort of makes sense but why would you find VARISTA's with a Partisan? Twin Swords with Sabers? The dagger thing makes sense.:confused:
Yeah, all I do is give the enemy that drops it a good 'Ol Hackin and Slashin', if I don't get it quit an' try again.
