If by purchasing you mean using meseta to buy, then you'll find no one willing to trade, because everybody's got just as much extra meseta as you do.
You may be able to "buy" an Ano Rifle for a fair amount of PDs, I suppose... but S-Ranks can't be bought for those either IMO. :ermm:

Were you given the S-ranks? I know of a few commonly duped S-ranks... what are their names?
The only one I could really use (besides an srank, but I wanna make those myself or make trades for custom made ones) is the Gi Gue Bazooka... unfortunately I don't have an Ano Rifle. >_< Oh well.

For Rangers, not too much... my most recent finds include Twin Psychogun, Asuka, Demo Comet, Holy Ray, and two Chainsawds (all these weapons are untekked BTW). I dunno if one of those matches up with a GGB though, which is why I'm hunting one myself anyway.
Those are my best finds recently, but I have other stuff in my own trade thread in this forum.
