BB Hunter's License buying problem - mr_shoe_uk - 13-08-2005

My Hunter's License for BB ran out on the 10th, as expected, but I didn't want to pay till today, it doesn't seem to let me though. My notices are:

"13 Jul 01:04 BST: Payment has been taken for the next 28 days. You will next be billed on 10 Aug 05"

which is all very well, but also:

"10 Aug 01:04 BST: There was a problem taking the payment for your subscription, and it has been put ON HOLD."

Seeing I didn't put in my card number again, it shouldn't have taken the payment anyway...? How do I fix this?

Well, I had to cancel it, but I can't buy a new one yet, as it is "pending cancel". I'm not sure how long it takes, but it will determine how long it is till I go back on Blue Burst I'm afraid.

-Edit- Ok, It's now cancelled, so I should be on later today (after lunch)!

Mine screwed up when I changed the address on my profile on my bank account. PSO tried to renew and the address was wrong so it was PENDING so I had to cancel it and repurchase a HL using the new address and then it worked again for me.

Hehe, i didnt realise it was Direct Debit until i got this e-mail about 20(ish) days ago from SEGA of Europe:

Transactions of type 'Bill' are subscription payments. You will also see that there is a 'Bill-Reversed' and a 'Credit' transaction'. These two lines mean that the accidental second charge has been refunded.

If you have any questions or do not recieve the refund soon, please contact us by replying to this email.

Anyways, did you find out what the prob was in the first place Shoe? Maybe the card had expired or something?
