Several million. I can never find enough ways to spend it and it just accumulates like the dickens.
Meseta ony matters really up until VH. In Ultimate, it doesn't matter because it's so easy to get.

Hell if I know...1 Million on Tsunami...1 Million on Pyro...1 Million on Aphrodite..1 mill. on Jynx...1 mill. on each one of my storage files; 4. Then there's the meseta I can't find a file to put on; that's around 400-500 Meseta right there...
So...around 8.5 Million-9 Million.
....and there's no way to spend it...they should have kept it so you could buy rares.

Erm, 3 of my characters are peaked, bank and themself have each 999k meseta. my other accounts have 999k which is 4 accounts. its good to have though, especially if u have a guy that is too low on ultimate, and always need to buy stuff. Forces take the most cash though as the strongest atks are magic, and u can burn thru 10 trifluids n a run of forest, caves or mines.

I got bored of PSO, it feels like a chore now not a game. FFXI is where its at, but I am still willing to play multi with a willing mate, I guess. I gave up BB, to. gave away my characters and items to the team, what a nice guy I am
