how do u convert enemy parts into weapons??
i did all quests and when i go talk to montague in dr osto's research
all he says is elenor needs repair

go to Unsealed door and talk to montague. He should say you have some good quality material.

There's a Sticky on this...
You need to beat Doc's Secret Plan (beat Secret Delievery and unlock Ruins) and talk to Montague while playing in Unsealed Door. You need to have the enemy part on you, you hand it over, wait a moment, and get back the weapon. If you want to convert multiple parts though, you need to quit the quest and restart it again. So if you have like 12 parts, it get's annoying.
