What exactly do you mean by this though? x2 drops? Were these odds lowered like the rare enemy appearance (from 1/512 to 1/256)? Or is this a limited-time special event where ST decided to be nice for a while?
I like those 100% odds.

if we can reach the 30000000 kills on Maximum attack 2 then the drops rates will be halved.

It is not certain rare monster drop rates will be affected.
I will probably hunt Handgun:Guld, but I'll probably never find it in a month. 1/14404 from a Gran Sorcerer is still a crazy drop.
The good part is I'll stock up on Cudgels, Red Mechgun and Morning Glory >_>
