right well iv had lots of peeps say stuff about it and i looked on site to say u can. but can some1 tell me, when ur playin offline can u get the controll tower on episode 2.
if u can get it can some1 tell me how to unlock it plz.
from what iv been told u have to unlock the seabed but iv bet the ame on ultimate ep 1 and 2. i dunno what else i can do

On the consoles, the only way you can play through the Control Tower OFFLINE is by playing Phantasy Star Online, Episodes I & II Plus for the Gamecube, which is only available in Japan and America. To play the Control Tower on Episodes I & II on Gamecube or Xbox, you have to play online. Control Tower is also only available as quests.

oh right. well... i guess ill just have to keep doin the same levels over again lol.

while im at it ne chance u could tell me how i get the offline quests on ep 2 and the extra quests on ep1 there is bout another 5 on ep1.

Well the episode 2 quest you are talking about, I suppose is the Seat of the Heart quest. You cannot play it until you have defeated Gal Griffon in that difficulty. I don't know if non plus people have the quest or not, but if so that's how you get it.

i soubt it is that coz my main character. FOnewmeral lv 135 the now. has beaten ep1 all hardness levels and all quests on it.
same with ep 2. done all hardness levels beaten the game but there is no quests that i can do
its such a crewl world loli would stop playin it if it wasnt sooo adictive. i play it far to much. its kinda unhealthy lol

Well, if you don't plan on playing online, and deperately wan to play those quests, then look up a copy of PSO plus.

Yep, because Episode II quests and extra Episode I quests are online only again alike the Control Tower. So either Online or Episodes I & II Plus is the answer to your question once again ^_^''
