Multi-Classing - tkhbecker - 22-10-2005 I have often played a Force or Ranger equiped with a Saber. Also, a Hunter or Ranger that focused on Spells in the past. I have often wished that in a later episode you could Multi-Class between 2 types or make a Jack-of-all-Trades with 3 types. Playing alot of RPGs in the past I've come to realize that be a sole class is not always the best route. I propse 2 questions to you... "Would you Multi-Class?" "If Yes, What would you be?" Multi-Classing - colohue - 22-10-2005 HUmars are designed for multi-classing. A player, using mag and materials, can turn a HUmar into anything or everything, just not a very specialised anything. People have always underestimated the HUmar simply because it has no great strengths, but it's ideal for a starter player because it has no great weaknesses. Multi-Classing - tkhbecker - 22-10-2005 I have nothing against a single class. I've used all before in my DC days. But I wish the character generation had more of a variety. I'd love to play a HUmar or HUcast but I dont like the costume designs, maybe later on we'll be able to be any class and wear anything. Multi-Classing - xStorm - 22-10-2005 Im a HUmar, i always keep both a Sword and Handgun weapon on me, and might expand it to include daggers soon. Yes, i like multi-classing. Multi-Classing - jarl - 31-10-2005 i like multi-classing, i like the weapons of hunters, but i dont like using a hunter (if you get what i mean). also, i love forces, but i dont like using FO weapons. the only class i totally embrace is rangers, but even then ill want a HU weapon on me bt i still prefer forces. Multi-Classing - Ria - 02-11-2005 For my HUmarl I would focus on melee and have spellcasting 2nd, mainly resta since being 2nd group healer is nice. For my RAmrl I would do the same thing. Multi-Classing - Deathbringer - 02-11-2005 I like playing as hunters and forces. I don't like rangers as there is not enough room to use guns really. EP2, they all suck apart from the gal de val islands where you kill gibbles, also seabed can be ok, but most paces arent that good, you need more room. o yeah, ria, i dont think ive heard of a humarl before
Multi-Classing - Forge - 02-11-2005 As a tabletop RPG veteran (as much as I can be at 17) I dislike multiclassing, since it generates too many mediocre characters, and favours twinks. The only multiclassing I like is the multiclassing into prestige classes, because that grants added ability to someone willing to forgo the general power increase. I would add Prestige Classes to PSO. (For those of you who do not know what a Prestige Class is, either search on the internet, specifically the Wizards of the Coast website, or PM me and I'll explain it as well as I can.) |
