i play on vhard in ruins and i only found a photon drop so far
my luck is dead
anybody has a moon atomizer?
or can cast anyone reverser?

Your luck hasnt ran out just yet, rare items are influenced by Beat times, Here is a database of the drop charts, just select the SELECTION ID that your characters use & . Here is another set of charts ive just found that shows you the time items appear Im sure that you will find a lit of rares as you continue playing PSO just watch out for dupes
