It's because, as it says, your code is more then 500 Characters long... in fact it's 683 characters long!

If you can save the GIF to you computer, you can then upload it onto a PhotoBucket account, or onto ImageShack, and those URL's ought to be shorter than 500 characters. Of course, there are file size and bandwith restrictions on those...

well then you have to many characters in your sig, you need to reduce them to a max of 500.
