I remember back in PSO v2 (Dreamcast) there was an extra part of Soul of Steel where if you told Sue your name (and did other stuff), there would be a whole different ending to the quest.
Anyway, I've tried to get it in the GC version, but it never seems to work. Is the extra part gone or am I just doing it wrong? (That means: post the correct path)

for soul eater: tell sue "no" at the end of the quest and then talk to the black and red ramar you see earlier. Then do rest of quests needed.
for ragol ring: in soul of stell you must say "yes" the your name question from sue. then go back and talk to bernie; the blue and white ramar. then do the rests of the quests needed.

For everyone who posted (or PMed): I'll try all the methods out 1 by 1 and see who's right, then post the correct method. And I never heard of the Ragol Ring quest, so I'll try that one out too.

dig up a guide on psow for the ragol ring. all i know is that part, and that after all the required steps are done you do seat of the heart on the same diffuculty.
ragol ring acts as a scape though... very cool looking though, and i believe it is 11 or 12 stars. one guy said on psobb boards maybe if you put a scape doll BEFORE the ragol ring in the inventory the scape doll might be used first, i never heard of this being proven of right or wrong; just dont die with it on >_>.

About the guide, it says online questseat of the heart and I was wandering since I have PSO 1&2 plus can i just play the quest offline and still get the ragol ring or does it have to be online?

Yes, you can do it on plus. I have done it twice.....BUT NEVER EVER USE THOSE DAMN RINGS!1....If you die, you have to reset, even if you carry Scapes with you....doesn't matter the rings go first.

It looks like the Rings add a nice amount of stats to your character, but there's a harsh penalty if you die. I wonder what happens if you use one in Battle Mode.
