Hi,
Can someone please tell me if the German version of PSO I&II for GC has the option of changing the in-game language to English?

It should have, there is only one version for the whole of the PAL regions....

Any version of GC PSO (and I mean any, whether NTSC 1.0, NTSC 1.1, NTSC US, PAL or Plus) can have the language set to English, Japanese, French, Spanish or German.
