u know that wand thingy, does anyone know which section id it can be found on - i'm desperately looking for one - any takers??

This would be it. Though, you cannot find it. You get a Plantain Leaf and combine it with a Magic Water from the online quest, Gallon's Shop; it costs a minimum of 16 PD's.
Though, if you can get one, a Fatsia would be better. When combined with a Magic Water, it makes a Plantain Huge Fan, which is a FO-usable Partisan and much better than a Plantain Fan.

i'm bluefull - so looking at the drop charts i guess i could get a fatsia off one of those seabed monsters, hehe
