I want to know if u ever had your Data lost ?

I lost my lvl 80 HUmar (Cloud Skyly with LUCK 48 (!) GC) becouse of a loading/saving error :S That was on the GC. I think it happened couse my brother used to play with a PSO Game Disk which really looks very damaged :S

I had to formate my PSO Data completely... That happened twice..

I lost a couple of level 200s the other day. I literally lost the data, I can't find the mem card Big Grin

I had probably better get on that. That card had my P.N.0.3 File on it... Hehehe, Lasers.

non-official memory cards love corrupting. the only way to be safe is to use an official card (trust me, its worth it!)

i lost a lvl 113, 67 and 92 unfortunately. luckily for me, some people helped me get them back Big Grin

How´s that possible ? :S

Lost Data - 09s - 15-03-2006

The way third party memory cards or any third party hardware is made is that the third party company will take the original hardware (lets say memory card) and reverse engineer it. Then from there they can figure out how the card works and then make their own. The only way a a third party company to get the specs for the official hardware is to pay for the specs from first party company.

That is why you should buy hardware (especially memory cards) that has the official symbol, in nintendo's case it is their spikey looking logo.

It's weird.I've never had any trouble with GC memory cards, official or otherwise.I used to hav trouble with the Dreamcast ones, coming up that the data has been changed, and controllers suddenly start to send your character to the left, but i always found unplugging, then plugging it back in fixed that.

I just figured out, that my 2 Memory Cards are both not original ones :S

I have to get one though ... Im very afraid of losing my all data :S
