Well on the Dreamcast version you can turn your character into Red Ring Rico but only if you have the keyboard.

You can hack your character to get a Rico skin, but otherwise there's no way on GC.
I remember whitninja telling me that he saw a Rico skin once - he asked if it was originally a HUnewearl, but it turns out it was a HUmar!

Yup. The three AIs are Vol Opt, Calus and Olga. The first two are situated in the underground Mines, and the last on Gal Da Val island.
