Level 100(which you passed), your oritiagito or whatever is good enough since you got lucky and have it with 100% machines, and your stats are good, maybe you should just get more defense and ata.

I did it: 70 (71 after the fight)
The equipment depends on class/ID and other characters you have.

not nearly. you need loads of hp to pass falz, dunno the exact number for ult, though.
