i dont think anyone lucki enough to find a yasha would ever sell it unless they had no Hunter themselves, and they wouldnt do it for pds alone, other items of equal value and rarity most probably.
your best bet is going and hunting your own, even if the drop is so incredibly tiny...

I've spent 6 hours yesterday hunting it, 3 hours the day before... i am gonna do a couple more hours tonight,
i have currently killed 145 Indi belra's... i've got a couple more to go!

i've upped it to 312 Indi Belra's killed... i'm not going to sleep tonight, i'll get another 100 i swear
