Hiya,
Just hoping for some quick answers to some questions:
1) Is the only place to get the blue black stone in gallons shop for 46 photon drops? I have heard some people say that they have found the blue black stone in CCA, but I am sure that they are wrong. I would love some confirmation as to who is correct.
2) Is it possible to find a special weapon, or find any weapon in fact on ragol that has a negative percentage? Once again, I know some people who have said that they have found items with negative %'s, but once again I am sure that they are wrong. I thought that only way to get negative %'s on a weapon was to teck them down? Am I correct?
3) Is there a link to any guides that give a rough probability or drop rate of percents on weapons? ie. I would like to know how rare it is to find certain %'s on weapons.
4) Finally, are there any guides out there that give information about how far you can grind every weapon in PSO?

2.no, but you can tech 5% down to -5%. i had a 0,-5,-5,-5 justy. i was well proud
3. yes, but i dont know where.
4. yes- the main site thing, if you click on a weapon it will say 'max grind: 15' or whatever.

Im just curious about that chart your posted kefka.
It has % chance of certain percents on weapons.
However, is that just the % chance of finding an attribute with 5%? For example, it says ultimate forest has 30% chance of getting A native %. But what is the chance of getting 60% on native, obviously that would be a lower chance?
