hmmm well i saw on gamespot that the release date was June 1st, but i have heard it's been pushed back to October?
can someone clear this up for me?

No official release dates have been given yet, but retailer trends show that it's been pushed back to end of autumn/winter time yes. It won't be June 1st anyways, it's far too close without SEGA having said anything!

its kinda scary- at one point, there was word that the game came out in some US stores on May 1st. on that day, I was all like "OMG, PSU would be out today....poop."

oh ok then, and yeah i live in the UK aswell, because i'm buying the game the minute the games shop opens and i don't want to get the wrong date lol.
