Yeaahhhhh that proves you need photoshop
You need a decent magnetic line tool. And a better liquify/airbrush to.

all i did was a quick expand like you did put a light yellow all over a lighter yellow in the middle of that and white in the middle of that
then used a soften brush to blur it
i would have done better but i just don't have the time there's always stuff happening
but hey if you feel like showing that PS can beat PSP then be my guest
it don't mater to me i just use what im familliar with

lol nah I'm just kidding around. Editing images is pretty tough unless you have the vright software, though. See if you can find a liquify function on PSP! If you can, use that to extend the blade. It's what I did.
