well since i dont think im aloud to post up cheats i wont do it but i just noticed a glitch in the game. for some reason i can get infinte photon drops. i found out by accident

You are refering to one of two things:
1) Duping. I doubt it. There is no way you could just randomly stumble upon duping like that, especially since you only mentioned PD's. It is a very complicated process with alot of random button presses, and I have no idea how it was ever thought of in the first place. :S
2) Stacking. In that case, you said your post wrong. I don't know, but I think stacking items actually uses up PD's... It is entirely different from duping though.

You can duplicate PDs easily for restoration purposes (whether you call it PD duping or stacking), and you don't even need plus. I'm sure you know this.
Link, you probably PD-duped by accident... just leave the "extras" on the ground somewhere and quit.

yea i know its some kinda dupe so i left em and quitted. if u realy wanna know how i done it then pm me and i shall say but i wouldnt keep the things.. for all i know anything could happen

No, duping PDs does not do anything. The only self-destructive illegit stuff I know of is stacking > 10 tool items, or using mags with > 200 levels. Also there's a chance you could FSOD yourself if you make a rather stupid error in the shop-duping process.

i did that loads of times, but you dont loose anything (unless you do it online
)but how on earth did you find out by accident? i mean, it takes about 2 minutes to get the ******* to where the ******* has to go if you know what you're doing, let alone if you 'just so happen' to stumble accross it >.>

I didn't know the full process the first time I tried to back up my items, and I pushed the wrong "combination" and froze the game. I didn't even realize you have to do it differently the first time.
Then I found out from a friend on AIM afterwards.
