While raising my mags, I gave my Hunewearl's Varuna to my Fomarl, but it evolved into a Rudra, which is supposed be intended for hunters. Does that mean that traded mags won't change evolve/change forms according to its current owner, but instead to its original owner?

The lv35 evolution depends on the character used at the lv10 evolution. For level 50 and beyond, it depends on the character holding it at that very moment.
