my freind told me the higher the lv grants the slower it takes 2 use, is that true?

Not that I've noticed. Then again, I almost never use Grants because it's a horrible spell to begin with. =/

yea gratz is horible but i use it on dark falz

yes it decreases the cast time, but do not expect much from a lvl 10 to a lvl 15 tech.

the ones that can use fast the tech are forces, a lvl 30 grants will be casted faster.

a way to decrease the cast time is with units in pso bb or in a simple solution to deequip any weapon (or equip a fist type weapon).

i go bare handed already but since it is lv 15 it take forever to use
