Look, 3x drop rates is here! All ultimate mode creatures (and only Ult creatures) get a stats buff! No difference between one player Ult rooms and multi rooms so low level Ult character soloing is out the window, but do look at all the presents drops:

Some of the Ult mode presents are nice, but the list is rather long, so it's a good time to hunt VH mode rares for trade fodder! Just a tip: V101 are dropping like crazy in VH Ep4. There's no better time for hunting VH Ep4 rares right now with 3x rates! Check what your IDs have on the Brownskii drop charts.

Some stuff I wouldn't mind having: V101, Ignition Cloak, Mother Garb, V801, Tempest Cloak, Limiter, Slicer of Fanatic, Swordsman Lore. Fiasco has every monster you need and more. My friend found the guitar present while hunting with me  .

p.s. Don't forget to play on Ultimate mode too. Forget about inflicting status/hell on enemies and just dish out the huge damage. I'm up if anyone wants to do Fiasco runs.

Wow, that's a lot. Aren't you keeping the presents for Mag Cells? The present is only rare when as you pick it up, it gives the message that you've received a present from Santa Claus, except for that silly 99H Ice Laser in Ult mode. I'm keeping all the non-message presents I find in the other modes to collect enough different ones.
Pioneer Christmas is like Halloween, except once you find all the colours once (harder than halloween), it becomes really easy to get more mag cells.

It's nice i guess, the exp bonus, the drops and the new enemies (altough not all received a speed increase) makes it a really nice event.

What's the exp bonus?
I've noticed something fishy about the kill counter. It's at 14.6 million, and there are around 600 players online at a time. Assume they're all playing Ultimate fiasco. The event has been up since around 6am on the 10th, GMT-5 and right now it's 9pm, 13th there. That's 3 days and some, so say around 90 hours.
600 players
14,600,000 ultimate mode Fiasco kills
90 hours
That means each player online kills 24,300 in 90 hours.
270 monsters/ hour.
4.5 monsters/ minute. That's not counting players working together, lobby or room creation time, players playing other quests, other modes... It is very much an underestimate! Is this realistic?
Please someone tell me I got my maths wrong to make me feel better. B)
Oh, KIREEK, I don't play on Ultima, but feel free to tell what their Christmas event is.

Hmm i'm not good at math....so i just leave it to Kireek! Well I know i killed nothing at the ult fiasco yet, because looking for some vhard present. And after 25 or more presents I finally got a rare one! I got a Syringe and its pretty cool!
Now i heard that you can get a lavis from ult?! So now i'm looking in ult now, and the monster are quite tough! Been playing alone so getting beat up a few times, but i just have to get that lavis cannon!
Ohh and I got all the present but i did it last year already so i don't think i can get it.....oh well!

Syringe, congrats! I found a Bouquet and Evil Curst while unlocking Swordman Lores in normal mode.
For the presents, just wrap some shop weapons and transfer them to a new character would work, I think.

As far as i can see, it's the admin that updates the counter manually, i remember seeing his posts containing "updated counter"
The event at Ultima has a few drop change, the exp stays at 3x like in the rest of the year, but they modified the boss drops.
