SEGA has teamed up with both Playboy and Weekly Young Jump magazine to bring Phantasy Star Portable 2 Japanese players some sexy ladies.
However, you have to buy Young Jump magazine every weak, this is because the magazine contains the codes to activate this content, or you can do it like everyone else and wait for someone to post the codes
I am sad to say that you don't need to buy playboy magazine, but considering the age that this game was aimed for, then it's better this way.
