do u think i should do caves runs and look for the red sword (milqueek) or should i go for a kasami bracer in the ult mines (sinow blue)?

That depends on what weapons/shields you currently use. As you are still quite a low level, I would suggest going for the red sword for now (you will need to be level 112 to equip the Kasami Bracer).
