Best Mag stats for a Meleeing FOmar?

suggestions? Should I make a pretty balanced mag or go heavy on POW with not so much mind? what about DEF and DEX? also, what would you suggest for mat usage?

I love playing as Force characters and my FOnewearl rocks as a pure techcaster but I want to get a meleeing FOmar so i can dish out some damage with weps as well.
