I found 2 from nar lilies in V. hard. they're alright, but i tend not to use 'em. I'd go with 'good'.

they are really bad because they give low def, evasion, and no resistances. Plus it doesnt even heal that much.

I saw it on a friend of mine, with his FOrce... it healed around 20 per block. It's okay but it cannot be called bad. Proto Gear is poo poo. Regene Gear is okay but the stats are a bit off. Regene Gear advanced is a little better than okay but not good because of the stats.
