Well if it's a NPC cheat, they must have been programmed in to start with.

They are not "Programmed", they are just models that you cannot choose to play with, but are moddeled in the game (Somewhere on your little disc, encrypted of course ), hackers sort of like, switches the original model with the Rico model, Rico is made as a model for show only, it has full animation though, so "Hackers" just run around in those models.... nothing more then show though....

I won't call them Hackers anyway, most of them are using an Action Replay which isn't really hacking, it's just typing codes.... (Script Kiddy's)
