kit of mark3?

Has anyone used this/know what it does? I'm told that it changes your mag, but I've been told lots of things about it. Some things are like, it has to be used when your mag is lvl 100, it has to be used on a mark2 mag, etc. Anyone know the truth?

umm if you use it on a lvl 5-9 mag then it will turn your mag into Mark3. i know this becaue im, er was making a mag with 195 to MST with one.. stupid corrpution : (
