What else is coming out in 2005 besides Zelda? Well, Cube-Europe have the answer, directly from E3:
Cube-Europe.com Wrote:Battallon Wars
This game combines action warfare with third-person strategy and enables players to command whole armies with only one button (and my guess is its the 'A' button). You will be able to take control of tanks, ships, helicopters and more, as well as use bazookas and flamethrowers to defeat other armies.
Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness
A new name, or perhaps just the US name, and a new direction for the Pokémon series. This title will be darker and more sinister than previous Pokémon games. As Pokémon Emerald went straight to the top of the charts when it was released on the DS Nintendo are inviting all these gamers to connect their title with Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness when it launches in October.
Killer 7
Capcom's Killer 7 has been described by its producer as âBlood, swearing and mayhem." This makes quite a catchy slogan but also sums up the game nicely. Progressing well this game was also described as a piece of postmodern art, and is sure to be loved by gamers.
Mario however will be appearing in four new games for the GameCube:
Mario Baseball
Players are given the chance to pick up a baseball bat and take a swing in this zany game of baseball. The title will offer four player multiplayer.
Super Mario Strikers
Mario always has to be a bit different, and rather then sticking to footballs he will be using shells and chain-chomps as he, Luigi, Yoshi and more will be taking part in a soccer game "unlike any game of soccer before." Again, this title offers four player multiplayer.
Mario Party 7
Mario is back with more characters this time, as up to eight players are supported at once. There will be new uses for the microphone and over eighty new mini-games.
Dance Dance Revolution Mario Mix
The best known characters and locations from the Mario universe will be present in this title, as Mario and co show off their skills on the dance floor.
As well as all of this a video was shown containing clips of the following games, all titles coming soon on the GameCube. While some were previously known there are a few surprises contained within:
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
Battallon Wars
Geist
Killer 7
Batman Begins
Pokmeon XD: Gale of Darkness
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Donkey Konga 2
