I have so many enemy parts in need of converting. I know that in the mission Dr. Osto's Reasearch Note, or Unsealed Door, Mr.Montell or something convertes it. I already know this because on my other file, before restarting it, it converted a booma's claw and a delsabers buster. But now on a first party memory card on hard mode, I can't find the mission Doc's Secret Plan to make Mr. Whatever convert the item. I have the notes mission but not the secret plan m,ission. I'm up to had ruins but still can't find a way to convert them...

The way it seems to me is you need to complete all the PSO quests on Normal, then you can re-select THE UNSEALED DOOR, Dr. Clownface erm, I mean Montagne, will be by the transporter that leads to the Principal, give him your items, he can only do 1 item at a time though, so after you have done an item, cancel the quest, then re-start it agaiin, repeat as necessary.

You do NOT have to complete the quest to keep the new item

Read what I said, I never said that.
I said if you have done the quest, you need to complete all the others to unlock it again, then you repeat the quest for each one, (you don't have to play it, just start it then cancel it after each item).

just do all the quests you can to get them done
