Lavis Blade is correct. My HUnewearl has a pair, though I hardly ever use her anymore.

I have half of the Lavis Blade, and that the pointless Syncesta.

S-Red's Arms turn into a great weapon, even excluding the nice S/D bonus. It is the second best dagger, and is easy to get. S/D 3 isn't great but the ATP of the weapon it self is undeniably impressive.

So Lavis Blade is #1, no contest.

Then let's take average ATP of the 3 other daggers:
S-Rank Blade = 410 ATP
S-Red's Blade = 375 ATP
Red Dagger = 392 ATP

S-Red's Blade seems weaker, but...
Of the four hunters, three do not have Shifta, with Shifta, S-Red's Blade is more powerful (not by much).
And most importantly, Red Dagger and S-Rank Blade have 35 ATA, S-Red's has 39 ATA, and as you all know, ATA is vital, especially on hunters.

In the end, #2 dagger would be either S-Rank Blade or S-Red's Blade, depending on your char, and if you can afford to put a good special on the S-Rank Blade.

But Red Dagger is definitely #4; the unreduced Soul special is very nice for non-droids, and it's the easiest to find of the 3 (S-Rank cannot be found, duh), but the other daggers have more pros.

I say S-Red's is #2, because S-Rank cannot have hit%, and 35 ATA is very low on HUmar, HUnewearl and HUcast, they cannot make good use of the special (if you add one).

There is only weapon in the game that can do that, Sinow Red's Blade.
