Hey guys... I have a few questions.

What is "piping" everyone keeps talking about? It seems like some way to find rare monsters or something, but can someone explain it to me?

In the trade forum, no one seems to care about percentages! Do you guys really just ignore them or what?

When trading, can you call something legit if the person you traded with says its legit? Or is it only legit when you find it yourself?

I keep hearing about people's game crashing and losing everything... what's the deal with this? Are there any precautions I can take?

Piping is a topic often talked about in these parts. It is basically a trick where the player places a telepipe and warps back to Pioneer 2, and back down again, in hopes of finding a rare monster. Rinse and repeat. In response to your upcoming question, rare monsters appear approximately 1/512 of their normal counterpart.

Percentages are cared about a lot around here. If they are not mentioned at some point, you need not worry; %s are an important aspect of weaponry.

You can call anything in PSO legit. However, if it is some type of item that is so "out-there", the chances are that you won't be trusted. It would be best to find an item yourself and then call it legit.

Actually I'd say you summed it all up pretty well.

I suggest you only call a weapon you have egimately aquired yourself, "legit".

If you're not sure then don't risk it since there's no point really. I don't accept any kind of item from anyone on PSO unless they are a member of my clan, since I know my clan members are totally Legit too. This way we can play in alegit way without having any bad apples in our group.

Cool. What console is your clan on? If it's on XBox, can I join the clan?

It's a UK-Only Xbox Live clan. But only 3 of our members have PSO since we're a Multi-Game clan. We are currently playing titles such as Halo2, Black Arrow, Counter-Strike, Ghost Recon 2 etc.

All the info you need is on the site, although if you're looking for a clan that focuses on PSO then I doubt you will like us since we only have a 2 dedicated PSO players.
