PSO BB run error

Hey guys, I went to my friends house and downloaded pso bb to a disc we installed it on his computer and here I sit trying to install mine. However I get the error picture below. My questions are.

What is this problem?
Does this mean I connected and can play after I solve this problem?

On a side note the gamegaurd thingies were downloaded then this error came up. I appreciate anyone's help! Thanks!

Remove firewalls, reinstall. That's all I can think of atm. Sorry.

Also, wow, you have a lot on your desktop.

They're just shortcuts =P I'm too lazy to go looking for everything so I put it all on my desktop. Anyways, I'll have my dad (The admin :S) Do it.
