How do you get the 'Ragol Ring' item?

1) Unlock Seabed on a difficulty of your choice.

2) In the same difficulty, do those quests, in that order:
-Dr. Osto's Research = at the end, tell Sue your name THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO SCREW UP ON THE PLOT, so make sure you tell her your name on the FIRST time you beat the quest.

-Unsealed Door = Find Sue in Mine 2, talk to her until she leaves. Then go back to the beginning of Mine 2, talk to Bernie until he leaves.

-Waterfall Tears = Talk to Sue on Pioneer 2, ask her about Black Paper. In Cave 1, near the end, close to the healing ring, you will find Bernie, talk to him until he leaves.

-Black Paper = Again, talk to Sue on Pioneer 2, ask her what's her purpose. In Cave 1, you will find Bernie again (you cannot miss him), talk to him until he has to go.

-Knowing One's Heart = You will find Bernie in Mine 1, talk to him until he leaves or repeats himself.

-Seek My Master = You will find Bernie in Ruins 2, lying on the ground, talk to him until he has nothing to say.

Optional
-Retired Hunter = Bernie is on Pioneer 2, he talks to you a bit. Donoph talks a lot more in the quest. After Donoph dies, talk to his daughter, Alicia (yellow FOmarl), she will open a path to Forest from the main teleporter, there you will find a message from Heathcliff Flowen.

-Soul of Steel = You can see the true plot of Soul of Steel (which is amazing, by the way) if you evolve the mag cell Elenor gives you. To do that you must check the first monitor after luring the guard away from his position, then, a few rooms later, you will notice the ground shaking when entering a trapped corridor, go back from where you came, and look for Elenor and Jean (use the Area Map function), that will trigger a scene. After that, all will go smoothly, just beat the quest like you always have, but you will have more scenes that I won't spoil.

3) Seat of the Heart (online solo quest):
To make sure you have not screwed things up, make sure you get a scene with Sue and Kireek right after you leave.

During the first part of this quest you will be given a series of questions to answer:
-When asked to help the hunter, answer "You can count on me".

-After a battle with NPCs, you must choose "don't hand them over".

-Right after that you must reply "hand id(s) over".

You will be prompted to save now, you should take the opportunity.

-Choose "Enter Teleporter" after Elly's speech.

-After the first cutscene, choose "Let's go".

-After the scene where Elly looks down, pick "Scold her".

-When prompted, choose "Jump down".

-Reply "I'll do what I can" to Sue.

If all went well, Kireek will accompagny you to the Tower.

From now on, you must destroy the right terminal to pass.

-First Floor = It's the terminal in the middle, if you get it right you will fight five Recoboxes.

-Second Floor = Near the exit, under the Recobox, if you get it right you will have to fight Gibbles.

-Third Floor = It's at the top of the ramp going up before the last set of motion sensors, if you get it right you will have to fight Gi-Gue.

-Fourth Floor = It's hidden to the right of the entrance in the hole in the wall, if you get it right you will have to fight a Delbiter.

-Fifth Floor = It's the fourth terminal counting the hidden one at the entrance, on the left side behind a large crate, if you get it right you will have to fight Gibbles.

-Top Floor = Long and kickass scene.

In the Seaside Area, talk to Elly to get the Ragol Ring.
