Plain and simple how do i use it? do i need certain stats?

Its a mag cell it makes panthers tail but i dont know how to make it

I think you need a 'Naga' mag for it, at either lv50+ or 100+. As far as I can remember, there's no specific stat requirement, just level.

I looked on psoworld and it said that it doeent need a lvl it dont tell if it needs stats or nothing

Yeah, but Naga is a 3rd Evolution mag, so it needs to be Level 50 minimum. Although there isn't a specific level requirement for it, the fact that it needs to be a Naga gives the Panzer Tail a lv50 minimum requirement. That might be a confusing post, so sorry if it is XD

How do I get a Naga or does it have to be just a lvl 50 mag?

Ok, Naga:

Lvl 50 Evolution (3rd Evolution usually)
Photon Blast: Mylla & Youlla

Viridia/Skyly/Purplenum/Redria/Yellowboze Force:

Mind>Power>Dex OR Power=Dex>Mind

Greenill/Bluefull/Pinkal/Oran/Whitill Force:
Pow>Mind>Dex

Have one of those stat requirements at lv49, give to a Force character which has an ID to suit one of the formulae, feed to level 50, and it should turn into Naga. Immediately use the Panther's Spirit on the Naga (to prevent it from changing again when you trade to another character), and it should become the Panzer Tail mag.

Hope that helps, when the Panzer Tail becomes available on BB, I'll be trying for one
