I'm gonna give some warnings, not to people flaming, but to people who cannot read rules, especially signature ones.
As for HUcast vs RAcast, the choice is easy for me, HUcast is #1 hunter, RAcast is the #3 ranger, case closed.
I don't think you should compare character out of their classes, but if you compare RAcast to HUcast, the answer is "give a Zanba/Yunchang with hit% to a HUcast, and bye-bye RAcast".
And to the person saying "all opinions are equal", please go jump off a cliff. This is not politics, or philosophy, this is PSO, when you have a Lv 195 HUcast and a Lv 174 RAcast, you can call our opinions equal, yeah.
