Pure pow mags?

hmmm... what is even the point of these? i heard they can range from 50-70 pds for some reason. but seeing as hunters are so inaccurate what is the point?

Well, I have one that's at 183 POW, and I think it's really good as long as you have 2 God/Arms in your slots. It's more effective than having the DEX on your mag. I can max my Ramarl's ATP using one of them, 41 levels early. I only rarely use it though, because I really screwed up the PB's. (I made it along time ago)

yuppers, on azhi's priceguide it says pure pow mags: 70 pds. if kama, a hella lot ( i think kama only applies to bb though becuz you must have to make tellsius)

Whiteninja, the Price Checks for BB and GC are completely different, in BB, PD usually won't be used to get Photon Spheres, or Heart Keys, etc. in BB.

Even though POW Mags usually have bad PBs, they are very efficient. In BB, H/Arms will help cover almost (1/3 of the ATA will be amiss, if you use a HUnl or HUcast who need 70 DEX, or a melee FOnewm or FOnl) all of your ATA issues. I can't use a POW Mag unless I have H/Arms, two G/Arms takes up one extra unit, which I would use for a Cure/--; this is one reason you usually don't see people on GC / XB with a POW Mag.

Sebastian, I don't think many of the HUs you played with who use POW Mags use H/Arms as well, or two G/Arms.

Lavis cannon - 100-200 pds
Flamberge - about 100-150 pds

he has quite a bit mistakes here and there... lol.

but i believe that was released before they even had ep.4 out on bb so i cant blame him for making mistakes.

and use master tao the cow's instead?

i use a pow mag, it has 146 pow i believe and a low dex stat, i dont usually miss a huge amount, nothing i cant live with at least, i could do with replacing one of my units with an /arm though.

And i know this is off topic but what is with pds being used a a currency on BB? i never really encountered it on GC unless somebody really wanted something from gallons shop.

no idea. O_o. i guess some guy started askn for pds instead of weps. so everybody else did. i dont know what they'd use em for though o _ O

doesnt really matter i suppose, because a load of the rare weapons i would regard quite highly are really cheap in pds, so its great :3
