Where do you start TTF quest and what lv should you be?

Online game at the quest counter. Do it whenever you think you can go through shortened versions of all 4 areas and their bosses (you can stop part way through too).

you start in forest, go through to falz, playing 2-7 rooms of the area you are in (it gets more the harder the area)
