As I have the gam, and have ben playing it since last december, I believe i can tell you the easiest.

I would have ot say that the battles start off somewha complicated, however, after your first, you begin to get a hang of it. Also, they are quite tedious, and some batles can last quite a bit, especially if you are at equal level. The battles can be made fast if you know a few advanced tactics. I do think the game would be better if you took a more active roll in playing cards, meaning a bit of a quick battle.

Yeah, when I bough Ep 3. two weeks ago, I was very scared, there was so much on the screen. You get the hang of it really fast <30 minutes. I had my two friends over yesterday, and after an hour, we were all playing in a free battle. The card battles are long compared to a battle in Ep. 1 & 2, but they don't drag out.

You can put a lot more strategy into card battles than into hack-and-slash. In fact, if you do something stupid, you might just loose the battle (Sometimes I accidently skip the ACT phase).

Moral: Card battles are fun!

I enjoy both games, but its a nice change to battle with cards.

Oh, yes, I love the hack and slash fighting. It is just, I have been playing that since the DC days. So Ep.3, to me, is a nice refreshing change of pace. Don't get me wrong I play Ep 1&2 just as much as Ep 3.
