Right, my dad just upgraded our computer to msn 8 so bear with me. 
Anyways, he got this need add-in that would pop in the bottom right window whenever he recieved a new e-mail just like if someone would just have signed on to MSN. My question is, he got it automatically but I didn't...how do I add this option?
