it took me 5 mil lillies to get a windmill, 9 pal rappies for 3 red handguns, and 6 love rappies to get 3 God/lucks (with an 87.5% chance). just becuase it's a rare enemy it doesn't mean you'll get the rare item garunteed. just keep trying until you get it
an also, don't pipe the room with 8 rappies in ult because the fat ones get in the way of your view. go to the next room where 6 in a line and one next to them drop, for a total of 7 rappies. even though it's one less rappy, it's easier to do

I don't pipe, after my 202-time-piping'-1400-rappies experience, I will not pipe Rappies again.

Just remember, a 1/2 chance in a dropchart doesn't explicitly mean you'll get one every 1 in 2 times. I know that sounds as if I'm stating the obvious, but the game doesn't know how many times you've tried. It's like flipping a coin, you get a heads, but that doesn't mean you'll definately get a tails next flip. Geddit?

you don't pipe them? doesn't it take about a dozen runs throughs to find a pal rappy then? it would be quicker to pipe, that 1400 rappies thing was just a fluke

A dozen of runs is nothing for finding a Pal, try 30 per rappy. The 1,400 Rappy was just my bad luck but I proably won't go back to piping.

I haven't gotten much encounters with pal rappys lately, even after using ryuker ~50 times...
then again, I got the Agito 1975 after I killed my second Pal Rappy and the rate is 1/21 (or 1/22?) and it took like 30 mins to get it

Serpent's right. And I doubt Sega would be that smart to change the drop rates just to look cute. They're lazier than they look.
